“Die Gläser der Hauptfassade sind zwischen 3,00 und 4,00 Meter breit und über 3,00 Meter hoch, im Foyerbereich sogar bis zu 5,00 Meter; es gibt plane, aber auch konkav und konvex gewölbte. Sie wurden mit unzähligen basaltgrauen Punkten und reflektierenden Chrompunkten bedruckt, die sowohl als Gestaltungsmittel als auch dem Sicht- und Sonnenschutz dienen. Durch die Bedruckung können 25 Prozent der Wärme reflektiert werden. Außerdem sind die Gläser dadurch auch für die Radare der Schiffe erkennbar. Die Dichte und Anordnung des Rasters wurde mittels Computer abhängig von der dahinter liegenden Raumnutzung berechnet. Jede Scheibe ist somit ein Unikat.” (Quelle: Baunetz).

"The glass on the main façade is between 3.00 and 4.00 meters wide and over 3.00 meters high, in the foyer area even up to 5.00 meters; there is flat, but also concave and convex curved glass. They were printed with countless basalt gray dots and reflective chrome dots, which serve both as a design element and as privacy and sun protection. The printing allows 25 percent of the heat to be reflected. It also makes the glass visible to the ships' radars. The density and arrangement of the grid was calculated by computer depending on the use of space behind it. Each pane is therefore unique." (text source: Baunetz).

Druck auf Alu-Dibond - Inkjet Druck direkt auf Alu-Dibond, matter reflexionsfreier Oberfläche, helle Bereiche erhalten leichten Schimmer mit seidigem Glanz, inkl. integrierter Wandhalterung, ohne Rahmen.

Druck in Art Box - Inkjet Druck mit Pigmenttinte auf Fine-Art Papier wie angegeben, aufgezogen auf Alu-Dibond und frontseitig kaschiert und versiegelt mit 2mm glänzendem Acrylglas, mit Rahmung als Art Box mit einem 25mm tiefen (ab einer Breite / Höhe von 80 cm, 50mm tiefen) Schattenfugenrahmen, Farbe Alu-Silber, inkl. integrierter Wandhalterung zur einfachen Wandbefestigung.

Framing and printing options

Technical data: Highest quality giclée print with pigment ink directly on Alu-Dibond or on 310 g matte print paper, Canson Rag Photographique, 100% cotton without brightener. Following options are available online:

Print on paper - gyclée print on paper as indicated, without lamination and without framing. Will be delivered as paper roll.

Print on Alu-Dibond - gyclée print applied directly on Alu-Dibond, matt non-reflective surface, light areas receive a slight shimmer with a silky sheen, incl. integrated wall mount, no framing.

Print in art box framing - gyclée print with pigmented ink on fine art paper, mounted on Alu-Dibond and front laminated and sealed with 2mm glossy acrylic glass, with a 25mm deep (or 50mm deep, when image is larger than 80 cm on one side) and thin profiled floating (“shadow gap”) aluminium framing as art box, incl. integrated wall mount for easy wall fixing.
