Cancellation policy

With this cancellation policy, we would like to point out that the works offered in the "Print Editions" area are not prefabricated and that an individual selection (size, framing) and thus determination by the buyer is decisive for their production. Therefore, according to § 312 g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of cancellation of the order.

Nevertheless, customers / buyers of a print can cancel the order free of charge until the purchase amount has been transferred, as long as individual production has not yet begun yet. Please use our contact form for this purpose. Production of the customised photo work usually begins on the same day the purchase amount is transferred. From this point on, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Guarantee

With the individual configuration and order of a photographic work in the "Print Editions" section, an exclusive and very limited work of art is produced. The production of each Fine Art artwork is carried out in a certified and specialised company based in Germany as individual or manual production up to small series production.

If - despite the highest quality standards and quality assurance measures - defects or other impairments, incorrect deliveries, legal or assembly defects are found in the artwork, please contact us immediately. In the event of justified objections, within 7 days after delivery, the artwork will be replaced free of charge.

Dealing with delivery and transport damage

In the event of delivery/transport damage, the buyer must immediately check the goods for damage and notify the carrier of the damage and have it documented before acceptance. If obvious damage is present and is only noticed after acceptance, the buyer must notify the photographer, Markus Gröteke / architectureshooting of this within a period of seven days after acceptance. This can be done using the contact form. If the buyer fails to do so, the assertion of complaints for such obvious damage is excluded.
